Biomechanical Engineer (F/M) - Internship
Bibliography and feasibility study
You'll interact with our product team to do feasibility studies and develop proofs of concepts in order to validate new features.
Design of new motion and heart rate analysis algorithms and prototyping
You will develop prototype algorithms using scientific programming languages/tools (Python/Matlab) and test them on real data.
Interacting with the firmware engineer to integrate new algorithms
Once the prototype algorithm is validated, you'll work together with the firmware engineer to integrate them in the sensor's firmware.
Testing new firmware updates
You'll be charged to test the firmware by putting it on a horse and analyzing the session results to make sure that the algorithms perform well.
Golden datasets creation
In order to be used in algorithm validation, you'll be in charge of golden datasets creation. Data logger will be used for the acquisition and depending on the algorithm you want to validate, you'll use accurate sensors as benchmark.
